Perfectly cooked scallops , risotto and pizza are among the dishes to be tasted at this bar. A lot of visitors order good wine or delicious whiskey . Invite your soulmate to The Noble Experiment with a cosy atmosphere. The staff is said to be well-trained here. Service at this place is something one can name fine. Reasonable prices are what you will pay for your meal. The designer created a lovely decor.

“The Best Bar in Houston - Period” Review of The Noble Experiment
This is an all time favorite date spot for myself and my wife. A note if you want to go, YOU MUST CALL AHEAD TO GET A RESERVATION. They start taking reservations at 3:00 PM the day of, so make sure to call around that time to get in. At the time of the call, they will give you a password. Make sure to write it down as you won't get in without it. However, once your in, this is the best place for whatever sounds good to drink. In addition to a good beer and wine list, the four alchemists, Peter, Cody, Gilbert, and Ashley can make any drink you can think of and many that you would never think of. They are also extremely talented at matching a drink to your mood. You can tell any of them a base alcohol and what flavors you are looking for, and they will match you with something that will be perfect for your tastes. If you like whiskey, make sure to try a 21st Amendment. It is the only drink they have where they actually smoke the drink with pecan smoke to create something unlike anything you have had before. For a perfect date night out, get dressed up and stop by Grazia for dinner, followed by a trip through the phone booth into the speakeasy. Then hangout, have a few drinks and relax.

It is definitely something you would find more in Houston. The drinks are top notch and although service to make the drinks takes a while, they are well worth the wait. Most bars I've been to that have great mixologists take lots of time, so this isn't anything new if you like well made drinks.
