Precision temperature sensors in CMOS technology
This thesis describes the analysis and design of precision temperature sensors in CMOS technology that provide a digital output signal. The inaccuracy of such sensors is reduced to +/-0.1°C, which is comparable to conventional analog sensors, using bipolar transistors and a sigma-delta converter.
